IL PIZZAIOLO

In our kitchen, we have a talented chef specialized in the preparation of traditional Italian pizza. Their extensive experience includes working in renowned pizzerias around the world, bringing authentic Italian flavor to various cities. This expert pizza maker excels in crafting Neapolitan pizzas, which require a minimum 48-hour fermentation process and 60% hydration. To achieve the perfect balance of flavor and texture, they use a combination of Italian 00 flour and whole wheat flour. It’s worth noting that all the ingredients used in their creations are 100% Italian in origin, from the cured meats to the preserves, mozzarella, and, of course, the tomato.

PASTA, THE PERFECT GUILTY PLEASURE

In addition to our mouthwatering pizzas, our chef Rocco Dionigi from Genoa is in charge of making fresh pasta at our restaurant. We use Rummo dry pasta from Naples, renowned for its quality and flavour, and we serve homemade dishes and sauces so you can enjoy an all-round culinary experience.

Located on the popular Passeig de ses Fonts in Sant Antoni, we’re open from breakfast to dinner. Every day of the week, except Mondays, you can enjoy our toast-based breakfasts, a wide variety of pastries, healthy options, eggs to taste, and even pancakes.
